Home Equity AnalyzerThe Home Equity Analyzer is an EXCEL-based spreadsheet program that will enable you to earn large life insurance commission sales by converting home equity into an investment-grade life insurance product. The program is very easy to use, requires 1 page of input data and compares 3 scenarios relating to home equity as follows: Scenario #1 — Staying Put — continuing to make existing mortgage payments; Scenario #2 — Paying off the Mortgage; Scenario #3 — Transferring the Home Equity into an appropriate life insurance contract. It is the objective of the reports and charts generated to compare each scenario on a net after tax basis so that an "apples-to-apples" comparison is made. Each report indicates the net after tax income after the desired withdrawal amount is taken and mortgage payments have been made. The reports clearly demonstrate the extra years that assets will last under scenario 3. All calculations are done using the marginal tax rate entered on the Entry page.
